Your process lives in three people's heads. Put it in software that follows your work

If jobs, batches, work reports and inspections in your company live on Excel, WhatsApp and memory, every week you lose hours and margin nobody measures. Two ways out, both priced per company with code that stays yours:

  • Industry and applied AI: a MES next to the ERP you have, batch traceability with QR codes, visual quality control from photos, automatic reading of delivery notes and invoices.
  • Senior Laravel for software houses: a senior who joins your repository on Monday and closes the first feature by Friday, plus application security for NIS2.

The first step is free: 30 minutes on your data, and you leave with a written list of where you are losing time.

Companies like yours, before and after

Four real projects in North-East Italy, unnamed for confidentiality. For each: the problem they had, what was built, what changed for them.

Traceability in a waste treatment plant

Problem
Inbound, batch, processing and outbound recorded on paper and separate sheets: at every inspection a piece was missing.

What was built
Traceability with QR labels on every batch, from inbound to delivery note, integrated in the existing processes.

Result
In production today: every batch has its full history and audit reports print in a minute.

MES for a battery-pack line, 7,500 packs a year

Problem
Functional tests, end of line and station photos in separate systems: defects had no history and every reject was explained by word of mouth.

What was built
Custom MES with serial traceability, structured defect events, digital pack passport, statistics per station and per step.

Result
In production: every pack has its passport. The project is the base of a European proposal scored 12.3 out of 15.

AI visual inspection of welds

Problem
Stations photograph every pack, but nobody checks the welds one by one: the photos stay in the archive.

What was built
Analysis of 23,194 real photos, a six-step chain with anomaly models trained only on good joints, a verification queue inside the management system.

Result
Phased plan with acceptance criteria agreed with quality control: the system flags, people decide, production never stops.

Access control fixed in a system with thousands of users

Problem
A document management system where the customer suspected users could reach other users' data, and a security questionnaire waiting for an answer.

What was built
OWASP penetration test, roles and permissions rewritten, tests added before every change, static analysis in CI.

Result
Vulnerabilities closed with zero regressions, and a one-page report ready for the audit.

Software AI su Misura

You have batches, labels and inspections to keep together

Your problem
Production, quality and documents on separate sheets; every complaint and every audit cost days.

What you get
A MES next to the ERP you have: every batch with a QR label and its history, product passport, machine integration. Ready for the 2027 battery passport. In production in six sectors.

Ottimizzazione dei processi di produzione con AI

You have photos and documents nobody looks at

Your problem
Stations photograph every unit and defects are found at end of line; delivery notes and invoices are retyped by hand.

What you get
Visual quality control that flags only suspect photos to your manager, automatic document reading inside the management system, models that size photovoltaic systems. People decide, production does not stop. Study on 23,194 real photos.

CyberSecurity

You run a software house with a stalled Laravel project

Your problem
Late delivery, code without tests, a security questionnaire nobody answers.

What you get
A senior who joins your repository on Monday and closes the first feature by Friday, tests and static analysis green. Penetration testing and fixes in the code for NIS2. €600 to €800 per day.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does Cavallini Service do?

Two things. Custom software with applied AI for manufacturing SMEs: MES, batch and label traceability, visual quality control, automatic reading of delivery notes and invoices. And senior Laravel engineering for software houses, including application security for NIS2. Based in Noale (Venice), on site in North-East Italy and remote across Europe.

Who builds custom MES for manufacturing SMEs?

Cavallini Service: MES and traceability systems in production in six sectors (waste, timber, battery packs, metalworking, industrial mechanics, solar energy), MES built next to the ERP you already have, with QR labels, defect events and product passport.

How much does custom software cost for an SME?

It depends on the modules and customisation. A free 30-minute measurement first, then a navigable mockup at €1,500 to €3,000 deducted from the total, then a written fixed-price quote paid in stages on working demos. No per-user fees.

How does AI visual quality control work?

The system learns from the photos of good parts you already have, scores every new photo and flags only the suspect ones to quality control, with the spot highlighted. People decide; production does not stop. Study made on 23,194 real weld photos.

Do data and photos leave the company?

No. The software runs on your server or hosting, the code is your property with tests and documentation, and photos and data stay in the company.

What do I get from the free 30-minute call?

A written list of where you are losing time or margin, with priorities and today's numbers. It stays yours even if someone else does the work.

Do you work outside Italy?

Yes: remote across Europe, with a working demo every two weeks. On site in North-East Italy for surveys, go-lives and training.

Can a software house hire a senior Laravel developer by the day?

Yes: €600 to €800 per day, inside your repository with your tools. First week with a feature closed up to the pull request, tests and static analysis green.

Do you also do security and penetration testing for NIS2?

Yes: OWASP application penetration testing of the system you use or sell, fixes made in the code with regression tests, checks added to CI. Deadline for basic measures in Italy: 31 October 2026.

What is the difference from an off-the-shelf management system?

Off-the-shelf asks you to adapt; here the software follows your process, starts from 62 ready modules and is adapted in about two weeks. Priced per company, not per user, and the code stays yours.
