30 minutes to find out what the problem costs you, before spending a euro

You talk to the person who writes the code, not to a salesperson. At the end you have a document with today's numbers, yours even if you stop there.

What happens in the 30 minutes?

Three steps, always the same.

10 minutes: you tell me how you work today and where time gets lost: work reports copied in the evening, batches searched by hand, photos nobody looks at, a Laravel project that stalled.
15 minutes: we look at your real data together: ten photos from the workstations or the vans, a spreadsheet, one month of work reports.
5 minutes: I tell you whether I can help and which way (iTER7 ready in about two weeks, adapted modules, custom development) or I tell you no, and why.

Within 24 hours you receive a one- or two-page document with today's numbers: hours lost per week per person, what would change, the order of magnitude of the cost. It stays yours even if we never talk again.

Who is the call for, and who is it not for?

What should you bring?

Nothing prepared: things you already have are enough.

A reference, estimated from demos: a properly written work report costs 12-15 minutes; with four jobs a day that is about four hours a week per technician. With a voice note it drops to three minutes. In the call we measure your number, not the average one.

What do you keep, even if you stop there?

The document with today's numbers and what would change.
A clear answer: yes, with a way forward and a reference price (iTER7 from 99 or 199 € a month per company, users included, plus a 500-1,500 € setup; custom software and MES: a clickable mockup from 1,500 to 3,000 € deducted from the total, then a written quote paid in stages), or no.

Is the call really free and without obligation?

Yes. Thirty minutes, no cost, no contract to sign. At the end you still receive a document with the numbers of your situation, yours even if you stop there.

Who do I talk to during the call?

Davide Cavallini, who has written the code since 2012: fourteen years of Laravel, six as tech lead. No salesperson, no script.

Is it a video call or a phone call?

You book a time from the calendar and receive the video call link. If you prefer the phone, just say so in the booking note.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Ten photos from the workstations or the vans, a spreadsheet or one month of work reports help, but the call works without them: we start from how you work today.

What does it cost afterwards, if I go ahead?

On site or remote?

The office is in Noale, near Venice. On-site visits cover the Veneto region; remote work covers Italy and Europe.

I already have a management system: do I have to replace it?

Usually not. MES, traceability and document reading are built next to the system you have, which stays in charge of the flow. We assess it in the call by looking at what you use today.
