  2. Navigable mockup in 15-20 days: €1,500 to €3,000, fully deducted from the total if you go ahead. If it does not convince, it stops there.
  3. Development at a fixed price with a written quote: we start from 62 ready modules, adapted in about two weeks, and pay in stages tied to a working demo and acceptance.
  4. Maintenance with a yearly fee agreed at delivery.

Is the price per user or per company?
Per company: add technicians without paying more. That is the difference from most field-service systems, which charge for every user.

How much does custom software or a MES cost?
It depends on the modules and customisation: a free 30-minute measurement first, then a mockup at €1,500 to €3,000 deducted from the total, then a written fixed-price quote paid in stages on working demos.

Why is the custom price set only after the mockup?
Because before the mockup nobody really knows how many modules are needed. With the screens in hand the quote is fixed-price and written, and the mockup cost is fully deducted.

How much does a senior developer day cost?
€600 to €800 for Laravel inside your team, €700 to €900 for security and penetration testing, €850 to €1,100 for applied AI and industrial systems. European market rates (Malt, UK, Germany 2025-2026).

Are there hidden per-user or per-document fees?
No. No per-user fees, no per-document fees, no licence for the vision software (Apache 2.0 licensed models). The maintenance fee for custom work is agreed in writing at delivery.
