What does a report that never comes back cost you today?

How much does iTER7 cost a month?

Launch price list, VAT excluded, per company, not per user: add a technician and you pay no more.

Basic, 99 € a month: job calendar, work reports from the phone with photos and customer signature, customers and installations, PDF with your logo.
Pro, 199 € a month: everything in Basic plus voice-dictated work reports, per-van stock with QR codes, quotes and electronic invoicing (Italian SDI), WhatsApp and email notifications.
Setup, from 500 to 1,500 € one-off: configuration, data import from spreadsheets or the old system, on-site training for technicians.

The price is per company: three technicians or ten, the fee does not change. No fee per document, per report or per invoice.

What does the setup, from 500 to 1,500 €, include?

Configuration of calendar, job types, price lists, PDF templates with your logo.
Import of customers, installations and materials from spreadsheets or the old system.
Training of technicians on site (across Veneto) or remote, with one week of real jobs.
One month of close support after the start.

The figure depends on how much data there is to import and how many technicians to train: it is fixed in writing after the demo. Time to start is about two weeks.

Basic or Pro: which to choose?

Basic is enough if technicians fill in the report from the phone and invoicing stays in the program you use today. Pro is for when you want voice-dictated reports, vans as stock locations with QR codes, quotes and electronic invoicing inside the same flow. The sums: Pro costs 2,388 € a year, a single job a week not invoiced is worth 4,000. You can start with Basic and move to Pro when needed.

What is not included, said clearly?

Additional modules not in the price list (for example the automatically generated conformity declaration, integration with the accounting system, offline use): assessed in the demo and quoted in writing, without touching the fee.
Hardware: phones, label printers, scanners.
The fee of external services you choose, such as SMS sending.

Nothing else: no fee per user, per document or for ordinary support. MES, AI and custom software are a different route, with its own prices on the pricing page.

How do you pay and how do you stop?

Monthly fee with electronic invoice, setup in one payment at the start. No multi-year lock-in: if you no longer need it, you stop, and the data stays yours, exportable at any time. If you prefer the software on your own hosting, it can be done.

Is the price per user or per company?

Per company: with three technicians or ten the fee does not change. It is the main difference from packaged systems, which charge for every user.

Is there a free trial?

There is a 30-minute demo on your case, with one week of real jobs, and the free 30 minutes in which we measure what the problem costs you today. There is no multi-year lock-in: if it is no longer needed, you stop.

What does the setup include?

Configuration, import of customers, installations and materials from spreadsheets or the old system, on-site training of technicians and one month of close support. From 500 to 1,500 euros, fixed in writing after the demo.

Are there hidden costs?

No: no fee per user, per document, per report or for ordinary support. Outside the fee remain only custom modules, hardware and the external services you choose, such as SMS.

Can I move from Basic to Pro later?
